Billing Rates
Billing Rates as they apply:
- Genealogy Services: $4500
- Investigations and surveillance: (Minimum Retainer Required at $2500)
- $125/hour
- Weekends and Holidays: Billed at Time and a half
- Testimony (deposition or trial), Standby, and Travel: $250/hour
- Mileage Rate: $.50/mile
- Database expenses vary.
- Other expenses are at cost.
